2. Non-Circumvention
AI Surplus X acts as the broker facilitating introductions between sellers and buyers. By using this platform, you agree not to circumvent AI Surplus X by conducting off-platform transactions with parties introduced through the Matchmaker feed or valuation services. If a sale results from an introduction made through AI Surplus X, the applicable fees and terms apply. Violation of this clause may result in suspension or termination of your account.
